Ten Commandments in the proper nutrition

1 - chew food well and avoid speeding in the meal so you do not get  digestive disorders

2 - Avoid drinking water during the meal so as not exposed to chronic swells ... and eating between meals in small doses, it helps to diuresis and elimination of toxins.
3 - Drink a cup of water on an empty stomach .... am benefit your health and protect you from many diseases.

4 - five small meals better than three large meals ...... snack between meals increases the activity of the body and reduce the heaviness of eating the main meal.

5 - increase your intake of food the stomach expand and increase the appetite to eat a diet .... And increases your need to eat ... do not overdo eating large amounts of food

6 -  sleep directly after eating ..... then it hinders the performance of the stomach and the digestive process ... As the food or excess fat is causing the sleep disorder.
7 - and breakfast is very important .... it should not be disregarded in order to preserve your health sound.

8 - Do not lose sight of the authorities before eating food which are rich in vitamins and salt ... and eat fruit after eating three hours so not to cause you indigestion

9 - to avoid practicing or the sport after eating directly ... to help the body to accomplish its task in the process of digestion.

10 - the perfect meal that contains the nutrient five: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and salt .... do not overlook the element at the expense of the other
